We are interested in strong managers that are passionate about investing as shareholders either in the existing business that they manage or into a different business that might be for sale (or the owners are otherwise looking to reduce their shareholding).  Anacacia Capital can be a financial sponsor of the transaction, co-invest equity and work with management at Board level to help the business to grow.

We also offer an Executive Fellowship Programme.  This Programme offers successful candidates with access to Anacacia Capital resources, people and networks to help them identify the right business to acquire alongside Anacacia Capital.  Criteria for the Fellowship include:

• Relevant senior management experience including P&L and people responsibility
• Appropriate qualifications and expertise running the same or similar business
