Our Funds

  • Our Private Equity funds are an opportunity for selected wholesale investors to access our proven SME investment strategy, experience and skills. Anacacia raises new closed-end private equity funds and co-investment pools from time to time. ​ When leading SMEs receive an investment from Anacacia, they know Anacacia's underlying investors include some of the world's most impressive investors. We successfully raised our latest Anacacia Private Equity fund in 2025 that we are currently investing into leading private SMEs.

  • Anacacia's public equities funds invest into leading listed SMEs. Most investors come directly into the funds but they are also accessible through Netwealth. The funds offer our investors access to a curated portfolio of well managed companies that we actively managed. Our investment teams work hard to try to balance capital preservation while targeting returns.

    The Anacacia Wattle Fund is focused on leading SMEs listed in Australia/NZ.

    The Anacacia Global Fund invests in leading SMEs listed on exchanges internationally.

    Most fund managers focus on the larger listed companies market. We like to invest in companies outside the major large cap indices. This segment appears less efficient and provides more opportunity to apply Anacacia’s skills to perform for our investors.

Investor Process

  • Our Funds enable selected sophisticated and wholesale investors the opportunity to invest alongside Anacacia into portfolios of leading SMEs. ​Anacacia is fortunate to have developed long-term relationships with leading investors.

  • Minimum investments are typically $500k if investing directly into Anacacia funds. We can also direct you to strong investment partners that pool capital to enables smaller investors to access our funds.
